Digital Decision is a development house and systems integrator. We research, build, test and operate software for information-security management — and stay responsible for the product long after launch.
What we do
One team owns the whole lifecycle, so there is a single point of responsibility for the result — not a chain of hand-offs.
We study the problem, threat model and constraints before a line of code is written, and turn them into a buildable plan.
Full-stack product management across PaaS and IaaS — scope, roadmap and delivery kept aligned with the business goal.
Back end, front end and infrastructure built by one team, to security and performance standards that hold up in production.
Functional, integration and security testing as part of delivery, so issues are found before release, not after.
We put the solution into operation and keep supporting it — with full control over operations and access to information.
When a task needs more hands than our core team has, we bring in vetted specialists — and still answer for the outcome.
Why Digital Decision
We started as in-house engineers inside one large group and became an independent company to work faster and take full ownership. That history is why we think in terms of long-lived, secured systems rather than one-off projects.
Start a conversationThe same team researches, builds, tests and supports — so the product has a single owner end to end.
Access control, confidentiality and operational control are built in from the architecture stage, not bolted on.
Outstaffing lets us add capacity for large tasks while keeping responsibility for quality and delivery.

Selected work
A real project, told as task → approach → result. More case studies can be added here in the same format.
A regular client needed to move part of its organization to remote work at a high level of confidentiality, keeping full control over operations and information access. We implemented it in three tracks, split by how each group of staff works with company data.
For staff who work with company databases in real time on weekdays, the solution was a remote-desktop setup: a GPU terminal server with remote desktops delivered through Parallels RAS.
For staff who pre-load company data onto storage media on their own side, with no fixed schedule and across time zones, we deployed DataLocker SafeConsole (on-premise) with DataLocker Sentry ONE / Sentry K300 encrypted drives — data had to be protected from forced disclosure by third parties. We built a server program that talks to SafeConsole over its API and consumes a GPS-tracking service (an app on each staff member's phone): per-person locations and other triggers decide when a secure drive may be decrypted, automatically or by the security administrator. Access keys are requested through code words sent to an ordinary, inconspicuous messenger group; code variants known only to the user trigger actions such as remote lock or wipe and alert the administrator to a compromise attempt. A bot relays the entered code to the security-management app and deletes the message from the group.
For programmers and temporary staff without secured drives, access runs through TeamPassword Manager (corporate password manager). Our add-on, built on its API, makes the security policy finer and more automatic — when, for what and why access is granted, password-rotation reminders, and automatic or manual enabling and disabling of a password group, a specific password, or a user's access to the manager as a whole.
